Italian Stone Industry in U.S.

The Sicilian marble and stone region is sending a group of delegates to the U.S. to participate in a trade mission, October 21-24, in Chicago. This is the second such mission to the U.S. this year and it is part of the area’s Country Partnership Project. The delegates represent 20 different firms from Sicily’s marble and stone industry. They will meet with architects and interior designers as well as mangers and owners of local institutions to highlight products such as marble, granite, tile, mosaics, small blocks, paving stone and slate.
