Development
After years of careful research, Heritage Cast Iron has developed a unique collection of 19th century inspired cast iron railings and gates. Using traditional foundry techniques, the patterns faithfully replicate those found in the original Sun Foundry Catalogue of 1897; these incredible products are finally back and available for purchase.v

Quality
Crafted in solid cast iron, with decorative detail on BOTH sides of every casting, using time-honored techniques, the range represents the finest quality available today. In addition, Heritage Cast Iron USA products have been developed with modern requirements in mind, allowing the use of integrated automation and intercom systems.

Finish
These products are furnished in a universally compatible black oxide primer to prevent rust. Heritage Cast Iron USA recommends that the metal work be finish painted after installation with a good quality alkyd (oil based) or latex enamel.

Installation
If used on properly prepared masonry substrates, all of these products will install quickly and easily by qualified professionals, no additional fabrication is required! Gates are pre-fitted for hinges which are supplied and adjustable. Fence panels and posts are modular and use a tongue and groove interlocking system so that no or minimal welding is required just as it was done in the 1800’s!
