Architectural Grille

This company, a division of Giumenta Corporation, manufactures custom-perforated and linear-bar grilles to any size or shape, straight or curved, along with its line of grilles in stock sizes. The grilles are available in aluminum, brass, bronze, or stainless steel, and offer a range of finishes, from satin and mirror polish to primed, baked enamel colors, anodized colors, and statuary bronze. They feature weld-lock construction for maximum durability, and can include access doors where specified. Perforated grilles are also available in over two dozen different distinctive patterns and a spectrum of thicknesses.

Architectural Grille employs a waterjet system -- a state-of-the-art technology that eliminates the barriers in grille manufacturing and design. The waterjet is a powerful tool that gives the company the capability to cut any pattern in any type of material with pinpoint accuracy, thus enabling them to create whatever custom grille, grating, or logo design an architect, designer, or other client may specify. Combining high-pressure water and a garnet abrasive, this system can cut through materials in any thickness, even those long regarded as "unmachinable" by conventional methods. This process is also ideal for cutting heat-sensitive materials because it eliminates the friction caused by tool-to-parts contacts, which can damage the product. With its unique computer software, the waterjet system also enables Architectural Grille to duplicate any design and to transfer designs onto any material. The image can also be stored in their system's memory for future use and greater expediency.

Along with custom grilles, gratings, and logos, Architectural Grille also offers such hard-to-find quality items as money trays, security-window grilles, security doors, perforated railing panels, progressive louvers, radiator grilles, and even custom plates to face telephones, outlets, or computers.
