DePaoli Mosaic Company

  DePaoli Mosaic Company, established in 1890, incorporated in 1919, installs Terrazzo throughout New England, with the exception of Western Connecticut. In addition, we install Seamless Composition Flooring within a 50-mile radius of Boston. We are a charter member, and actively involved in the National Terrazzo and Mosaic Association, the only national organization for Terrazzo contractors and suppliers.

Some of our recent Terrazzo projects include Convention Centers in Providence, R.I., and Worcester, MA, as well as several projects at Boston's Logan Airport. The Terrazzo Floors in the Elevated Walkways from the West Parking Garage to Terminals "A" and "B" included over 75 sea creatures ranging from periwinkles to harbor seals and blue sharks, demonstrating Terrazzo as a "Performing Art." Other projects include stylized maps at the Retail Areas of Terminal "C" and geometric designs at the Food Court in Terminal "B". Visitors to Boston's new Police Headquarters and Suffolk Trial Court Facility will find Terrazzo in all the circulation areas. Renovation projects include Boston's famous Faneuil Hall and Bates Hall Reading Room in Boston Public Library's McKim Building.

The Seamless Floor Systems installed by DePaoli can be custom designed to provide decorative, industrial, functional, chemical, resistant conductive, and/or waterproof installations with smooth or slip-resistant finishes. Projects include the Reggie Lewis Track Facility and the Fleet Center in Boston.

Our office is located at 126 Magazine Street in Boston. We have a modest display area with over 500 Terrazzo samples. Architects and designers are invited to call for an appointment to come in and review not only the colors but also the texture of various Terrazzo samples. We have a standing offer that Architects and Designers can take as many samples as they can carry.
