German Silver Sink Company

The original design of this sink came from Germany in the mid to late 1800s and was brought to this country just after the turn of the century. Made from what they call German Silver (copper, nickel, and zinc alloys), it is still hand-crafted as originally made. We have perfected the design with a better pitch and solder without lead, using the best European silver solder available. These points and many other small details help suit the needs of the 20th- and 21st-century kitchen designs. Unlike stainless steel, it has a rich, lustrous nickel-colored quality. The metal being of a soft grade helps protect your fine china and crystal. The more you use and abuse it, the better the patina.
