We typically enter into a relationship with an owner by doing a survey of existing structures and a ten year capital improvement plan. The plans include cost estimates and schematic design. Our clients generally intend to own their buildings for a minimum of thirty years and require assistance in fund raising and grant writing.

Prolonging the periods for replacement and extending the useful life cycle of building systems and elements is an important focus in determining materials and specifications for the work.
