NIKO Contracting Co., Inc. works on historic restoration and renovation projects throughout the United States. We specialize in projects where roofing and architectural sheet metal work, exterior and interior, comprise the majority of the work. Often these projects also involve extensive structural carpentry, steel repair, masonry repair, painting, cleaning, and other associated work. Over 90% of this work is done by NIKO's in-house craftsmen, enabling us to exercise strict control over quality and scheduling. NIKO also provides these services to commercial, institutional, and industrial projects not relating to historic restoration.
NIKO Contracting does custom fabrication of all types of architectural sheet metal and ornamentation, including cupolas, domes, cornices, cresting, finials, ornaments, and pressed metal ceilings. We can duplicate existing pieces or fabricate originals.
