PULLMAN Counterbalances replace weights, chains, lifts, and pulleys in old-house windows. Since 1886, Pullman balances have been used in residential homes and commercial buildings worldwide.

The Pullman spring balance supports the weight of the window and easily installs in the preexisting cut out in most older window sashes. It allows for better insulation around the window using much less space than a weight cord pulley system. The Pullman balance is a historically appropriate option for upgrading historic windows, for restoration, renovation, or new construction.
