From the day we stumbled into Impruneta in 1993 it has been our passion and our pleasure to bring the finest Italian terra cotta to the United States. Now we are delighted to introduce our new website. On this site you will see the most extraordinary handmade terra cotta in the world. 

All terra cotta is not the same. Seibert & Rice is genuine Impruneta terra cotta, the finest in the world. We start with the world famous Impruneta clay with its unique chemical composition, high in iron and calcium. Then the pots are completely handmade by the most highly skilled artisans in the world. After a slow, controlled drying period, the pots are fired at approximately 2,000ø F for about a week. The result is not only the most beautiful, but also the most durable and the only truly frost proof terra cotta in the world.
