Product and Service Description
Town House Restorations provides custom reproduction services of decorative terra cotta, brownstone, limestone, other natural cut stone materials and ornamental plaster. The Company manufactures replacement materials in cast stone, Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) and Glass Reinforced Gypsum (GRG). These substitute materials provide an economic advantage over the use of original mateirals. The Company's manufactured materials are able to be precisely formulated and finished so that the color, texture, and appearance of the "new" units match that of the historic fabric of the building.

Cast stone materials provide an excellent match for natural cut stones, such as brownstone and limestone, while also acting as a structural load-bearing material. Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) is a non load-bearing, lightweight concrete material made of sand, cement, acrylic polymers, and fiberglass. GFRC provides an excellent match for terra cotta, and can be manufactured as individual units, or as large panels with false joitns. Glass Reinforced Gypsum (GRG) is a lightweight, high strength material used to replace original ornamental plaster on interior restoration projects.
