Finally, we are so confident in our tile that we willingly provide a 50-year, non-prorated warranty. Our roofing system fits all types of installations -- new or reroof, simple or complex. We offer architects, contractors, and roofers on-site technical assistance, as well as a complete explanation of proper installation procedures for each individual job.
Through working drawings and office consultations, we assist on everything from proper venting to a specification which will require virtually no maintenance. Vande Hey-Raleigh has been tested many times by independent testing labs and passed all of them with flying colors. We currently have approval from Metro-Dade (Miami), City of Los Angeles (report RR25081), Ministry of Housing, Ontario, Canada, and ICBO (report no. 4907).
We provide sales and installation seminars to inform all contractors, salespeople, etc., of the newest and most up-to-date installation techniques. Our estimating department will provide a complete take off for all materials necessary to ensure a quality installation any place in the world. We provide our standard 50-year warranty or design a system for extreme conditions, such as ice dams, glacier slides, or high-wind areas.
